As Director of Sales at Texas Loan Star, I believe in leading from the front; whether it’s mentoring and growing our sales team, building long-term business relationships, or working one-on-one with clients to guide them through the home financing process.

My approach is simple: I lead by listening; both to my team and to the borrowers I serve. Every client’s situation is different, so I take the time to understand your goals, answer your questions with honesty, and communicate clearly throughout the entire loan process. I also bring this same mindset to leadership by creating a collaborative, growth-focused environment where my team has the tools and support they need to succeed. Whether you're buying your first home, upgrading to your forever home, or refinancing, I work hard to ensure you feel confident, informed, and cared for throughout the entire process.

I grew up in West Texas, where I learned the value of hard work, straight talk, and treating people like family. After graduating from Texas A&M University, I entered the mortgage industry with one goal in mind: to make a real difference in people’s lives. Nearly a decade later, I’ve helped hundreds of clients secure the right loan for their needs; whether it’s a conventional mortgage, jumbo loan, FHA, VA, or renovation financing.

Outside of work, I live in Katy, TX with my wife and our three kids. I’m a big believer in work-life balance and enjoy spending time outdoors, staying active with my family, and hitting the golf course whenever I get the chance.
